Primal Defense?
I’ve been taking a probiotic supplement known as primary defense for the past 3 years. At first I thought I helped with gastrointestinal problems, but I’m not so sure, does anyone else knows of primary defense and their effects on long-term use.
Primal Defense is a very good probiotic. If you are having problems with the gastrointestinal tract Get Checked for at least the following: food allergy / sensitivity and leaky gut syndrome and parasites. Just look a great experience, very competent holistically oriented MD, a naturopathic physician or nutritionist clinician who is knowledgeable in natural healing modalities. Probably the best of probiotics on the market is 12 Dr. Ohhira Probiotic Plus Formula. Is very expensive, but if you can handle, it’s definitely worth the money. I know many people using this product (after trying a multitude of others) and are excellent results. They are also in very healthy diets, avoiding junk and taking many other supplements. Another very powerful probiotics by Pharmax HLC. It comes in an “intensive” (1 cartridge of 7 packets – take 1 per day for 2-3 weeks initially), then you can switch to small caps. Taking the “intensive” can create bloating, gas, etc, as it destroys the bad bacteria / pathogens and to “die”. HLC generally not sold in health food stores. Google “Pharmax HLC” and you’ll come to the websites that sell them. I use this and am very happy with the product. It is less expensive than Dr. Ohhira. It is manufactured in the UK.
