Probiotic IBS

Probiotic IBS
Probiotic supplements – regularly?

Having a bout of IBS, and bought a probiotic supplement. You know the good effects of it, but curious about whether there are any side effects, especially taken long term? For example, antibiotics may help with acne, probiotics can make things worse? Looking for a recommendation for one. It was a little thrown by the price of $ 20 for 14 capsules, from a local pharmacy, guessing that could get it for less at a GNC or health food store. Also eat yogurt, but usually organic, and without the sugars like high fructose corn Activia or the other that they're advertising with extra cultures.

Probiotics promote regrowth of bacteria living naturally good int the intestines humans. While antibiotics kill blindly everything in its way, probiotics possitively only affect the good bacteria. Of course, increasing the population of good bacteria in the colon, which will remain ill ckeck automatically to a large extent. The way in which links antibiotics and probiotics is not correct. One thing has nothing to do with the other. If you want a good probiotic formula, look for one by Solgar at Whole Foods or any health food store. Download: are always expensive! Good luck! :)
