Can anyone help with the pain IBS?
I was diagnosed with IBS several years ago, but since my background twenties (late thirties now) not really caused too many problems when you're stressed. But for the past month agonizing pain low right abdomen. Summer docs and had scan which showed nothing but a huge amount of gas in this region. I eat fairly well and try to eat fruits, probiotics daily drink and take the juice of aloe vera, but sometimes the pain is really bad. It seems to coincide with a feeling a little constiptated but manage to spend small amounts throughout the day. It hurts especially when I sit on something hard and when I get up and as up and down stairs all that seems to shake the stomach / intestine. Any ideas what I can do? Take Buscopan but that only works with cramps. Sewing Sensation as pain.
Four things to discuss with your doctor: 1) a dietitian can help refine my diet to avoid gas or difficult to digest foods? 2) Is there an inflammation of my gut, and if so, could be the problem of bacteria, infections such as Clostridium dificil? 3). Am I a spastic colitis? Is a slight paralysis such as belladonna extract in relieving cramps reducing peristaltic spasm? 4) Could you please, please, please refer to a gastroenterologist? In fact, I want to get better. Good luck! I've been there. Sensitivity to dairy products and the stress induced by peristaltic spasms when I was student. It has been adopted.
